As Uganda accelerates towards its "Vision 2040" development plan, the demand for sophisticated fluid handling technology has reached an all-time high. From the bustling industrial parks of Namanve and Jinja to the burgeoning oil and gas sector in the Albertine Graben, chemical hose systems are the literal lifelines of modern production. Unlike standard industrial hoses, chemical-grade transfers in East Africa face unique challenges: high ambient temperatures, UV degradation, and the need for compatibility with a wide range of organic and inorganic compounds used in agriculture, soap manufacturing, and textile processing.
Our commitment as a leading Chemical Hose Manufacturer and Exporter in Uganda is to bridge the gap between high-end Chinese manufacturing precision and the local operational realities of Ugandan enterprises. We don't just supply hoses; we provide engineered solutions that guarantee safety, durability, and operational uptime in the most demanding tropical environments.
Leveraging our "Factory 4.0" infrastructure to ensure consistent supply to Entebbe and Kampala logistics hubs.
Advanced UHMWPE and PTFE linings designed to resist 98% of all known industrial chemicals and corrosive acids.
Products aligned with Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) and international ISO safety certifications.
Hebei Orient Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. was set up in 2010. We are a manufacturer integrating produce and export hoses and fittings. For our product, we have 5 series and more than 150 types. The 5 series include industrial hose, thermoplastic hose, hydraulic hose, silicone hose and auto hose. After 13 years' high speed development, we become a group company in 2023.
At the beginning of our establishment in 2010, we have just 10 members. But after 14 year’s develop, we have over 180 people now. Meanwhile, we constantly expand the scale our factory. Besides, we constantly improve our technology and update advanced equipment. As a result, our production efficiency has been greatly improved. While our products become better and better. And now, our supply capacity reaches 100 containers per month.
From custom hose design to door-to-door delivery in Kampala and Jinja.
Trusted by industrial giants in East Africa, EU, and North America.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE, FDA, and REACH compliance as standard.
Financial stability and manufacturing redundancy to protect your procurement.
The traditional rubber hose is no longer sufficient for Uganda’s evolving chemical processing industry. Our technical roadmap focuses on Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) and Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). These materials provide a superior slick interior finish that prevents chemical accumulation and bacterial growth—critical for Uganda’s beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.
As the "World's Factory," our integration of Industry 4.0 standards means every chemical hose exported to Uganda is tracked through its entire manufacturing lifecycle. Using automated extrusion lines and laser-precision tension control for wire braiding, we eliminate human error that leads to hose bursts. This efficiency translates directly to Information Gain for our clients: better pricing, faster lead times, and rigorous batch-testing data provided with every shipment.
For Ugandan procurement managers, this means a reliable partner that can handle bulk orders for the Tilenga oil project or small-batch custom hoses for local agro-chemical plants with equal precision.
Heavy-duty suction hoses and sandblast equipment designed for the rugged terrains of the Karamoja region and large-scale road construction projects nationwide.
High-resistance PVC and rubber hoses compatible with fertilizers and pesticides, supporting Uganda's agricultural backbone with durable transfer solutions.
Specialized dock hoses and fuel dispenser hoses optimized for the Lake Victoria transport routes and the nascent oil refinery projects.
We recommend UHMWPE lined hoses for high-temperature areas like Kampala and Kasese. The material resists UV degradation and maintains its structural integrity even in intense tropical heat.
Typically, shipping via Mombasa or Dar es Salaam port followed by transit to Kampala takes approximately 35-45 days. We also offer air freight for urgent project requirements.
Yes, all our exported chemical hoses meet or exceed EN 12115 and ISO standards, which are the primary benchmarks for Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) industrial inspections.
Absolutely. We provide a "One-Stop Service" including crimped Camlock, Flange, or Guillemin fittings, ready for immediate installation upon arrival in Uganda.
