Hebei Orient Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. was set up in 2010. We are a manufacturer integrating produce and export hoses and fittings. For our product, we have 5 series and more than 150 types. The 5 series include industrial hose, thermoplastic hose, hydraulic hose, silicone hose and auto hose. After 13 years' high speed development, we become a group company in 2023.
With an unwavering commitment to engineering safety and high-pressure operational integrity, our specialized line of gas welding hoses, including premium oxy-acetylene hoses, represents the pinnacle of material science and production excellence. We continuously partner with global industrial distributors, local suppliers, and project contractors to deliver reliable hose systems that support critical welding, heating, and metal cutting operations worldwide.
At the beginning of our establishment in 2010, we have just 10 members. But after 14 year’s develop, we have over 180 people now. Meanwhile, we constantly expand the scale our factory. Besides, we constantly improve our technology and update advanced equipment. As a result, our production efficiency has been greatly improved. While our products become better and better. And now, our supply capacity reaches 100 containers per month.
Oxy-acetylene welding and cutting configurations represent one of the most volatile environments in industrial fabrication. Handling pure oxygen at elevated pressures in tandem with highly unstable acetylene gas demands hose engineering that goes far beyond basic synthetic rubber extrusion. A premium wholesale oxy-acetylene hose must offer absolute impermeability, extreme flame resistance, superior ozone and weathering defense, and structural integrity that prevents catastrophic flashbacks.
Our twin welding hoses utilize a three-tier reinforcement layer design to maximize safe burst pressure margins:
| Hose ID (in/mm) | Oxygen Color & Gas | Acetylene Color & Gas | Working Pressure (PSI/Bar) | Burst Pressure (PSI/Bar) | Standard Compliance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3/16" (4.8mm) | Green (Oxygen) | Red (Acetylene / Fuel) | 300 PSI (20 Bar) | 900 PSI (60 Bar) | ISO 3821 / EN 559 |
| 1/4" (6.3mm) | Green (Oxygen) | Red (Acetylene / Fuel) | 300 PSI (20 Bar) | 900 PSI (60 Bar) | ISO 3821 / EN 559 |
| 5/16" (8.0mm) | Green (Oxygen) | Red (Acetylene / Fuel) | 300 PSI (20 Bar) | 900 PSI (60 Bar) | ISO 3821 / EN 559 |
| 3/8" (10.0mm) | Green (Oxygen) | Red (Acetylene / Fuel) | 300 PSI (20 Bar) | 900 PSI (60 Bar) | ISO 3821 / EN 559 |
As a leading global supplier, Orientflex designs oxy-acetylene hoses tailored for diverse operating conditions across localized markets, addressing specific regional engineering and regulatory climates:
In coastal shipbuilding centers across Northern Europe and East Asia, hoses are continuously dragged over rough metal plates and exposed to salt air. Our hoses incorporate marine-grade ozone inhibitors in the outer EPDM casing to prevent cracking under high salt spray environments and long-shift industrial cutting operations.
For open-pit mines in Peru, Chile, and Canada, temperature fluctuations are severe. Standard rubber hoses stiffen and crack in sub-zero environments. Orientflex's cold-flex formulations maintain flexibility down to -30°C, ensuring gas lines do not restrict the operator's torch movement or develop micro-fissures.
In local repair shops and industrial maintenance bays throughout the United States and Canada, quick movement and chemical exposure (oils, lubricants, solvents) are commonplace. Our Grade T welding hoses are formulated to withstand contact with greases and oils without swelling or degradation, fulfilling RMA requirements.
From demolition jobsites in structural steel frames to large infrastructural projects, hoses are subjected to severe crushing loads. The high-density synthetic yarn braid keeps the internal lumen open, preventing gas flow restriction during high-pressure oxygen lance cutting.
At Hebei Orient Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd., we combine strategic raw material planning, state-of-the-art production automation, and direct access to major international shipping routes to provide unbeatable value and security to our clients. Our facility offers structural cost and schedule advantages that keep your inventory stocked:
With a massive monthly capacity reaching 100 containers, we absorb large-scale wholesale orders and deliver prompt production cycles. We minimize lead times for our distributors, even during peak construction seasons.
Long-term contracts with premium synthetic rubber and high-tensile yarn chemical producers allow us to stabilize prices and resist raw material market volatility, passing the cost savings directly to you.
Our lines feature electronic diameter monitoring, laser vulcanization control, and automatic pressure testing systems, reducing human error and guaranteeing diameter consistency from end to end.
The industrial gas handling sector is shifting toward stricter emissions standards and lighter, more resilient materials. We are driving several core technical initiatives to prepare for future market needs:
We believe compliance is non-negotiable. Every hose shipped is fully trace-coded and backed by our compliance support desk to assist local suppliers with importing, customs clearance, and national safety testing certifications:
Our European market exports comply with ISO 3821 (formerly EN 559), covering strict tests for gas permeability, flexibility, resistance to ignition, and adhesion strength between layers. We provide certified testing reports with each production batch.
For clients in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, our hoses are manufactured to meet or exceed RMA/CGA (Rubber Manufacturers Association / Compressed Gas Association) specifications for Grade R, RM, and T welding hoses, ensuring safe handling of acetylene, oxygen, and other fuel gases.
